CUSTOMER CARE
Customer care represents a direct communication channel between the company, the sales network and customers. Customer care helps the customers to solve any problems about products, orders, service etc. It also provides constantly updated information between GB GRES and customers.
QC SYSTEM
GB GRES services cover a procedure in Quality control. The QC team is in charge for any production.
1/QC team needs to inspect the quality of the products and all the specifications that the customers requested during production of specific goods.
2/QC Teams inspect tiles on production lines, as well as in warehouse after production. not only the measurements of physical characters of tiles, but also checks the package including carton boxes, wooden pallets and other materials to reach customers packing requirement.
3/We coordinate with some independent lab in Chinese in order to fulfill some specific testing requires from client.
